Processing time

Every piece on Cherries Crochet is handmade to order with care. Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted in 5–10 business days before shipping; you'll see the estimate at checkout.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your delivery address and shown on the checkout page before payment. We currently ship across India. For metro cities, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch; for other locations, 5–8 business days.

Free shipping

Orders above the threshold shown on checkout qualify for free shipping in eligible zones.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you the courier name, tracking number, and tracking link. You can also see tracking details in My orders.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us via the contact page. We will follow up with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
