By using Cherries Crochet (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Account

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them; in such a case, any amounts paid will be refunded in full.

Handmade variation

Every piece is handmade and therefore unique. Slight variations in size, colour, and texture from the photographs are normal and not considered defects.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

Intellectual property

All images, descriptions, and designs on the Site are the property of Cherries Crochet and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cherries Crochet's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the seller's place of business.
