Cancellation policy

Before dispatch

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Open the order from My orders and use the Cancel order button. If payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

After dispatch

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled from the website. If you wish to return the package after delivery, please refer to our refund policy or reach out via the contact page.

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After production has started, cancellations are at our discretion and may incur a small fee for materials already used.

Order cancelled by us

In rare cases we may need to cancel an order — for instance, if an item is out of stock or the delivery pincode is unserviceable. You will be informed by email and refunded in full immediately.
